Refund policy
NO RETURNS - NONREFUNDABLE
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, feel free to reach out to our customer service team at team@bondie.us .
DAMAGES
Please inspect your product upon receiving. Contact us immediately at team@bondie.us if it is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! Damaged products are the only circumstance where we will accommodate refunds. If it is confirmed that you received a damage product, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Please note - if a replacement is accommodated, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
REFUNDS (DAMAGES)
We will notify you once we have evaluated your claim to let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at team@bondie.us
Please note if a replacement was accommodated, you are not eligible for a refund. We do not give store credit.
SHIPPING
Shipping time varies by location and does NOT include our 2-3 business day processing time. Please be aware of this if you are purchasing express shipping! We are not responsible for delays if your item is dropped to USPS within our 2-3 day business processing time.
For orders outside of the USA - all shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.
Please note - Bondie™ is not responsible for any international custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and you may incur custom fees when they arrive in your country.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES, OR IMPORT TARIFFS THAT MAY APPLY; WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THESE FEES.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
Bondie™ is NOT liable for any failed, lost, or missing packages that were purchased. Once your order has been handed off with the carrier, responsibility is transferred to the shipping provider (USPS, UPS, etc.).
If your package is lost/missing - please file a claim with USPS immediately.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before processing your order as Bondie™ is also not responsible for any address errors.
If in any circumstance we have made an error on our part, we will fully take responsibility and reship or refund your order at no charge.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Please be aware that once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately. However, if a label has not been printed yet, feel free to email us at team@bondie.us and we will of course cancel it for you if it has not already been shipped.
